The carrier is to lease the jets from AerCap and Rolls-Royce states that the powerplant agreement had already been recorded in its order book.
Neos will also benefit from a long-term engine service support pact with the manufacturer.
"These aircraft will be our first new widebodies, powered by our first Rolls-Royce engines," says Neos technical director Marco Brusa.
Neos has a fleet of Boeing 737s and 767s which it deploys on services within Italy as well as to holiday destinations in the Mediterranean, Africa, Asia and the Caribbean.
