Photo of the Day / DC-8-72 VP-BHS

Douglas DC-8-72 (46067/455) VP-BHS arrives at London-Stansted (STN/EGSS) on a lovely day in the London area. The aircraft was originally delivered to United Airlines on June 22, 1969 as DC-8-62H N8966U. It was sold to NSAR Associated Inc. on September 2, 1983 and converted to a -72 in April 1985. The aircraft was then bought by Al Nassr on October 15, 1986 and registered VR-BJR, registered again in June 1997 to VP-BJR. In September 2000, the aircraft was bought by Jet Aviation Business and re-registered as HB-IGH.
