Arriving at Long Beach Airport (LGB/KLGB) on November 4, 2016.
This aircraft was originally delivered to Aeromexico as EI-DMY on November 29, 2005, re-registered as XA-ZIM on May 9, 2008. June 30, 2009 the aircraft was returned to leasing company GECAS WFU and stored at Balbo-Howard AFB (HOW/MPHO) and registered N298MD.
On November 12, 2009 Turkish Airlines leased the aircraft from GECAS and registered it as TC-JKK "Faith" with whom it served until being returned to GECAS on February 10, 2016.
Southwest Airlines leased the aircraft from GECAS on April 4, 2016 and placed it into service on October 8, 2016.
