Daher has delivered its first 2017 TBM 930 that incorporates new standard equipment and cabin features, the French aircraft manufacturer announced yesterday. This includes a redesigned cabin with new seat cushions, headrests and armrests, as well as seat fairings covered with Ultraleather synthetic fabric for increased longevity.
On the flight deck, the turboprop single now comes with a Garmin GTX 345 ADS-B IN transponder, which can receive traffic and weather information in the U.S. Certain features that previously were options are now included on the 2017 TBM 930, such as a stick shaker linked with the underspeed protection system and the Flight Stream 210 gateway that enables wireless connectivity for two mobile devices running the Garmin Pilot app. The cockpit and cabin now also include built-in high-power USB charging ports.
The newly delivered 2017 TBM 930 was also equipped with the “Elite” interior package—which offers deluxe leather interior, a storage cabinet and wooden or carbon-fiber fittings—and the optional AmSafe Seatbelt Airbag for the two cockpit seats. The Elite package also includes a tip-to-tail scheduled maintenance program for five years or 1,000 hours, whichever comes first.
