Qantas A380 arrives in Los Angeles

Taxies to the Flight Path Learning Center.
Departs LAX on a two hour sightseeing flight to the San Francisco.
A nice look at the Trent 900 engines utilized on the Qantas A380 fleet.
Arrives back in Los Angeles following it's sightseeing flight to San Francisco.

Qantas A380-841 VH-OQA (cn 14) arrived in Los Angeles Monday morning October 20th, touching down on Rwy 25L at 0724 following the completion its inugural flight from Melbourne Australia.


The aircraft parked at the Tom Bradley International Terminal and after all passengers, bags and cargo had been off loaded the aircraft made it's way to the Flight Path Learning Center where a short ceremony was held commemorating this first flight. Following the ceremonies invited guests were taken aboard the new A380 and departed on a two hour sightseeing flight to the San Francisco Bay area.
