United Arab Emirates Air Force takes delivery of first C-17A

 Rolling on Rwy 30 for departure.

The United Arab Emirates Air Force took delivery of it's first C-17A this morning at the Boeing C-17A plant located at Long Beach Airport (LGB/KLGB). It is the first of six aircraft destined for the UAE Air Force. The new C-17A departed at 1210 pm PST then proceded to perform the traditional fly by in salute to the DAC employees who made her.
