It is operated by Dugan Kinetics NV LLC and is being used to test new enviromentally friendly and fuel saving thrust reversers. The aircraft was originally delivered to BWIA International Airways on October 20, 1989 as 9Y-THX "Sunjet Anguilla." The EP-80 is still at KSBD and hasn't flown in quite some time as far as I know.
