The Qatar Emiri Air Force took delivery of it's second C-17A (F-209) yesterday Spetember 10. What makes this delivery special is that it is the first C-17A to wear an airline livery. It sports the livery of Qatar Airlines. The new C-17A cost an extra $1 million dollars to have the airline livery applied.
